Retrofitting : The Business Case for Retrofitting a Sub-Metered Building

With inflation and cost of living on the rise, jurisdictional tenant market affordability is a good place to look to save on your operating costs. By retrofitting your multifamily buildings with heat pumps, there are two main advantages for tenants:

1) Reduction in Utility Costs - Making it more affordable for a tenant to occupy the space, or saving the landlord on operating costs.
